Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking experienced HR and MR Drivers to join fast-paced freight teams based in Larapinta and Karawatha. You will drive HR/MR vehicles, assist with warehouse tasks, and deliver to commercial and residential customers with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Weekly pay at competitive hourly rates, supported by a positive team environment and access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Australian working rights are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold current HR/MR manual driver’s licence.
• Manual driving is a bonus.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and time management.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Reliable transport to get to and from work.
• Willingness to complete a Drug & Alcohol test and medical prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR/MR vehicles and assist with warehouse and delivery operations while maintaining safety and accuracy.
• Deliver to commercial and residential customers.
• Unload and load items, use pallet jacks and trolleys as needed.
• Use scanners to confirm deliveries and ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain professional conduct and accurate reporting during deliveries.

The important parts:

• Pay rate: $41-42.60 per hour +super, paid weekly

What you will be required to do:

• You will be responsible for driving HR/MR vehicles and assisting with warehouse and delivery operations while ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Dropping to both commercial and residential customers
• Delivering individual items (bulk deliveries when servicing shopping centres or large businesses)
• Using pallet jacks and trolleys for manual handling
• Using scanners to confirm deliveries
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, accurately and on time.

To be successful in the role you will:

• Must have current HR/MR manual driver’s licence
• Ability to drive manual a bonus
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
