Job summary

REMONDIS Australia Pty Ltd in St Marys, NSW, is hiring a permanent, full-time Rear Lift Truck driver. You’ll start early (2 am), work Monday to Friday with weekend overtime available, and contribute to a cleaner, greener future while staying local.

You’ll operate rear lift trucks, perform safety checks, build client relationships, and uphold transport safety and compliance. A valid HR licence is required, along with a proactive, team‑oriented approach; experience in waste handling is a plus but

Qualifications

• Current HR license with a good driving record.
• Solid knowledge of transport safety and compliance.
• A positive attitude and pride in your work.
• Experience in waste industry is desirable but not necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Rear Lift truck to collect, transport, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials locally.
• Work safely on commercial & industrial sites around other heavy vehicles and equipment.
• Complete daily safety checks and paperwork.
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
