Job summary

REMONDIS Australia Pty Ltd in Lane Cove, NSW, is hiring for a permanent, full-time waste collection role. You’ll start early, drive a modern vehicle, and dispose of waste on local sites, with a Monday to Friday roster and overtime available.

You’ll join a safety‑conscious team focused on reliable service, strong client relationships, and keeping your local community clean. A current HR license and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Current HR license with a good driving record.
• Solid knowledge of transport safety and compliance.
• A positive attitude and pride in your work.
• Experience in waste industry is desirable but not necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Collect, transport, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials locally.
• Operate and maintain a clean, modern vehicle.
• Work safely on commercial & industrial sites around other heavy vehicles and equipment.
• Complete daily safety checks and paperwork.
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
