JR Richards & Sons is seeking an HR Driver to join our Commercial Collections team, based at Rutherford depot. You’ll service customers across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and Central Coast regions using a modern fleet.

This permanent full-time role emphasizes safety, reliability and exceptional customer service, with a competitive hourly rate, overtime opportunities and a driver bonus after probation.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted HR Licence.
• Good driving history (RMS Driving Record required).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Safely operating HR collection vehicles.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and reliable HR Drivers to join our Commercial Collections team.

Based at our Rutherford depot, you'll service customers throughout the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, and Central Coast regions, operating modern collection vehicles and working independently while delivering exceptional service.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity for drivers who take pride in their work, value safety, and enjoy being out on the road.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operating HR collection vehicles
