JR Richards & Sons is seeking a Christmas Casual HR Driver for Port Macquarie to operate an HR waste collection vehicle on designated routes, ensuring safe transport of waste and adherence to safety standards.

You will perform daily vehicle checks and provide professional service to residents and customers, while fitting in with a safety-focused team during the festive season.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted HR Driver Licence.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in waste industry or heavy vehicle driving is advantageous.

• Operate an HR waste collection vehicle across designated routes

• Work as part of a supportive and safety-focused team

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• A current and unrestricted HR Driver Licence
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Good communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous waste industry or heavy vehicle driving experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and provide a current RMS Driving Record
