Job summary

Border Express Pty Ltd in Brisbane, based in Underwood, is hiring full-time HR Drivers. The role involves daily pickups and deliveries with PDA scanning and ensuring load compliance. You will work 5 days a week with early starts and enjoy a weekly pay cycle.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of driving experience, strong knowledge of Brisbane, DG and load restraint knowledge, and be willing to undergo a police check and pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years commercial driving experience.
• Great local knowledge of Brisbane and surrounding areas.
• Sound knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) requirements.
• Sound knowledge of Load Restraint requirements.
• Willingness to complete a police check and a pre-employment medical that includes a drug and alcohol test.

Border Express currently has exciting opportunities for full-time HR Drivers to join our team in Brisbane, based in Underwood.

Weekly pay cycle

Approx 5.30-8.00AM starts, 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)

Work close to home

Duties:

Pick ups and deliveries of freight to customers

Use of PDA scanning & POD technology

Ensure load is compliant

Skills and Experience:

Ability to provide a up to date driving record

Great local knowledge of Brisbane and surrounding areas

Sound knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) requirements

Sound knowledge of Load Restraint requirements

Willingness to complete a police check and a pre-employment medical that includes a drug and alcohol test
