Job summary

Optimum Consulting Group is seeking a hands-on PowerBI reporting specialist to own and rebuild the HR reporting suite. Based in Brisbane, you will integrate data from Chris21, Workday and Excel to deliver monthly HR metrics and respond to ad hoc requests.

The role is a 3-month contract with an immediate start, offering hybrid work in a large, matrixed organisation and exposure to enterprise-level HR data. Strong Excel and PowerBI skills are essential, with Workday experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience turning HR data into clear dashboards.
• Strong PowerBI and Excel skills with data validation.
• Familiarity with Workday and multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly HR reporting (overtime, leave, turnover, absenteeism).
• Maintain and enhance PowerBI dashboards and reports.
• Handle ad hoc data requests from HR and business units.
• Extract and reconcile data from Chris21, Workday and Excel.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR reporting.
• Provide handover and BAU reporting during the contract.
