Job summary

The University of Sydney invites applications for a Lead HR data governance, data quality and workforce management integration role. You will lead the development of governance, ownership frameworks and data management practices to support workforce planning and strategic HR decision‑making across the University.

You will partner with HR, digital, ICT and enterprise stakeholders to align data standards, ownership, integration requirements and source‑of‑truth decisions, embedding governance

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading HR data governance, ownership and data quality uplift.
• Strong knowledge of HR data, workforce management and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR data governance development and ownership frameworks.
• Drive data quality uplift, profiling, cleansing and remediation.
• Partner with HR, digital, ICT to align data standards and source-of-truth decisions.
• Establish sustainable data management capabilities embedded in BAU.
• Ensure governance and data standards underpin workforce products and processes.
• Represent HR data priorities across enterprise programs and procurement.
