Cathara Consulting are seeking a HR Consultant to support design and assist in delivering practical, evidence-based initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and enable change.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate workshops, focus groups and leadership sessions.
• Assist with and conduct culture assessments using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Analyse workforce insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Translate findings into practical culture and organisational development initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to improve employee experience and ways of working.
• Support the development of frameworks and reports to measure progress and impact.
• Present clear insights and recommendations to leaders.

About you

• Relevant qualifications in organisational development, psychology, behavioural science, human resources or a related field.
• Experience supporting and delivering culture or organisational development initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting culture, behavioural or workforce data.
• Ability to convert complex insights into clear, practical actions.
• Experience supporting delivery of organisational change or transformation.
