Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking an HR Compliance Analyst to strengthen compliance across our employment and industrial relations landscape. You will work with HR, Payroll, Finance and Operations to identify risks and ensure accurate payments and obligations are met.

You will interpret modern awards, enterprise agreements and Fair Work updates, investigate entitlements, and support remediation initiatives. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to embed governance and develop practical guidance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in HR compliance, industrial relations or payroll compliance.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, modern awards and enterprise agreements.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Drive compliance and accuracy by analysing employee, payroll and rostering data and investigating entitlements.
• Interpret complex legislation including modern awards, enterprise agreements, Fair Work updates and visa requirements.
• Support compliance improvements by reviewing processes and implementing strengthened controls.
