The Department for Infrastructure and Transport plays a vital role connecting people and places in South Australia by managing roads, marine and public transport networks across the State, and builds and maintains the State-owned infrastructure that enables the delivery of essential and important government services to our community.
As a HR Business Partner in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport you get to play a central role in shaping how our organisation supports, develops and empowers its people. You will provide both strategic and operational advice across all facets of HR including organisational change management, employee relations, performance management and workforce and succession planning and development. Working within People and Corporate Services, and partnered with Divisions across the Department, you will build leadership capability, influence culture and support the delivery of key people strategies aligned to legislation, business plans and organisational priorities.
You are a skilled HR professional who works independently and collaboratively, providing informed, evidence-based advice on complex people matters. With strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, you engage effectively with stakeholders, negotiate outcomes and resolve conflict. You apply contemporary HR knowledge, deliver customer focused services, and contribute to improving programs, policies and workforce practices. You make sound decisions, manage risk and adapt to emerging organisational, legislative and sector trends.

ASO5 - $89,007 to $98,991 pa + superannuation.
ASO6 - $102,171 to $108,071 pa + superannuation.
ASO7 - $112,163 to $121,246 pa + superannuation.
