• Experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisor.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching capable of influencing leaders.
• Proven track record handling complex employee and industrial relations matters in a unionised environment.
• Solid knowledge of Australian employment and IR legislation.
• Good commercial judgement balancing operational, people and compliance needs.

About the role

Based in Laverton, Victoria and reporting to the National HR Manager, you'll partner with leaders across the InfraBuild Recycling business to improve workforce performance, build leadership capability and deliver practical people solutions.

This is a true generalist HR Business Partner role. You'll work alongside leaders to solve workforce challenges, strengthen leadership capability, manage employee and industrial relations matters, and deliver people initiatives that support business outcomes.

What you will be doing:

• Partner with leaders to improve workforce performance and capability
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement and people leadership
• Provide practical advice across the full employee lifecycle
• Lead complex employee and industrial relations matters
• Support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives

• Use workforce insights to identify risks and improve business outcomes
• Deliver HR projects and people initiatives that support business priorities

What you will bring:

• Experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to influence leaders and drive people and business outcomes
• Demonstrated experience managing complex employee and industrial relations matters in a unionised environment, including hands-on experience participating in Enterprise Agreement negotiations and negotiation planning
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment and industrial relations legislation
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance operational, people and compliance requirements
• Experience supporting blue-collar, industrial or operational workforces will be highly regarded
