Journey Beyond is seeking an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our Rail & Touring HR team at the Adelaide Keswick Terminal. You will focus on Grand Pacific Tours, Outback Spirit Tours and Rail, delivering vital HR projects and handling daily HR operations with the wider team.

You will lead recruitment, coaching and mentoring of leaders, oversee learning and development initiatives, and bring commercially-minded HR solutions to support key business objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in the tourism industry is highly regarded.
