Job summary

Goodpeople HR in Melbourne seeks Expressions of Interest for a true HR Generalist role in the SE Suburbs, near Clayton. You will work closely with candidates, employees and leaders to support recruitment and all HR facets in a fast-paced industrial environment.

This is a growth-focused opportunity with training, development and the chance to build advisory capabilities while handling on-site HR operations across 3 shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a generalist HR role or related experience.
• Experience in recruitment and advisory support.
• Ability to work on-site in a busy industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and end-to-end HR processes for candidates and staff.
• Provide operational HR support to managers and teams.
• Assist with onboarding, payroll coordination and HR administration.

Seeking:

Exceptional HR Graduate, in early stages of career, with 1 - 2 years experience in a generalist HR role looking to deepen their generalist and advisory experience with a goal to one day grow their knowledge and experience into a specialisation. Exceptional HR Graduates with no experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experienced HR candidate with a Science and HR Qualification.

Education:

Human Resource Management Degree with a Science / Engineering Degree or Qualification; or

• Science Degree with a Human Resource Management Qualification; or
• Engineering Degree with a Human Resource Management Qualification

This would suit:

An astute and hands-on HR professional looking to work for a dynamic, growing, and purpose-driven organisation with a passion for people, process, and continual learning. If you enjoy assisting and supporting managers at an administrative and operational level across all facets of HR and have worked in a fast-paced industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, or pharmaceutical environment that has 3 shifts running 5-6 days a week, this could be just the right role for you.
