Job summary

Randstad HR Partners is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join a centralised HR team in Brisbane, offering a mix of on-site and work-from-home options. You will partner with senior leaders, manage employee relations, and lead HR projects supporting a diverse portfolio of businesses.

The role covers ER, restructures, consultation and change initiatives, with exposure to transformation and daily HR activities. A supportive leadership team and AI-enabled HR delivery are highlighted.

Opportunity

An opportunity for a hands-on HR Generalist to join a well-supported, centralised HR team supporting a diverse portfolio of businesses!

You will work across multiple businesses, partnering with CEOs, GMs and senior leaders across a broad range of HR matters. With organisational transformation underway, this role offers exposure to ER, restructures, consultation and change initiatives, exiting HR projects, alongside daily HR activities.

Your Role

• Partner with leaders to provide practical HR advice, coaching and support.
