Alstom is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a permanent position to support the Ballarat, VIC site operations. Reporting to the HR Business Partnering Lead for the Rolling Stock & Components Product Line, you will support key stakeholders, leaders and people managers, delivering proactive, hands‑on HR support tailored to their day‑to‑day needs. A key focus of the role is giving leaders and managers practical, on‑the‑ground support to navigate people management, corporate governance, and respectful workplace practices, while helping to maintain a positive and engaged workplace culture.
