With ourannualpeakSchool recruitment period underway, we are looking for a HR Administration Officer to play a key role in supporting our contract preparation and data entry during this period. You will have the responsibility to deliver expectational customer service to our school leaders and employees within Catholic Schools Broken Bay. This is a temporary, full-time role to commence on 12 October 2026 and conclude on 23 April 2027.
This role supports the effective delivery of key HR operations, including comprehensive pre-employment checks (such as the Working with Children Check and Teacher Accreditation), contract preparation and management, and onboarding processes. It also requires the accurate and timely entry of data into the HRIS system. A strong focus on detail is essential, as the role involves managing a high volume of data entry, validation, and contract-related administrative tasks on a daily basis.
