Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional Linux systems experience.
• Scripting in Go, Python, or C.
• Hands-on operational engineering orientation.
• HPC experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willing to participate in on-call, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line operational support across 24/7 Linux HPC environments.
• Troubleshoot compute, storage, networking, and interconnect issues.
• Respond quickly to infrastructure alerts.
• Develop automation for diagnostics and recurring tasks.
