Job summary

Homes NSW in Maroubra is seeking a Client Service Officer to support housing applications, tenancy matters and sustain homes within the Housing Services team. This role requires empathetic, trauma-informed engagement with vulnerable clients and strong collaboration with internal and external partners.

You will help coordinate support services, maintain accurate records, and contribute to delivering safer, more stable communities across NSW.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering person-centred, trauma-informed services.
• Ability to work with housing applications and tenancy matters.
• Experience maintaining accurate client and property records.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with housing applications, tenancy matters and sustaining their homes.
• Managing public housing tenancies and addressing tenancy or neighbourhood issues.
• Coordinating support services with internal teams and external providers.
• Engaging with vulnerable clients, including those with complex needs.
• Contributing to stronger communities through participation and engagement initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate client and property records and navigating housing systems.
