Job summary

Ingenia invites applications for a full-time Housekeeping Team Lead at Bermagui Holidays. You will lead the housekeeping team to uphold high standards, ensure spotless rooms and public areas, and deliver warm guest experiences on a coastal site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you will manage workloads, train staff, and promote safety while maintaining a friendly, energetic workplace that values guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality cleaning or guest service.
• Ability to lift, bend, and walk across site while using PPE.
• Proactive, team-oriented with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high housekeeping standards by cleaning rooms, cabins, and common areas.
• Make beds, restock supplies, ensure appliances work and report issues promptly.
• Manage cleaning equipment and supplies, keep storage tidy and assist with stock takes.
• Work in a fast-paced, physical environment with lifting, bending, walking; use PPE and cleaning chemicals safely.
• Support the team by taking on additional duties and cross-training.

We're on the lookout for a full-time Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team at our Bermagui Holidays site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll play a key part in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests by maintaining high housekeeping standards. You'll lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional experiences for guests and residents - while having fun along the way!
