Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising housekeeping in hotels or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management to motivate staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Solid WH&S knowledge and hotel policies.
• Strong communication and coordination with front office and other departments.
• Proficient in schedules, room status reporting, and inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team to maintain high standards within timeframes.
• Train and guide Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Public Area Cleaners.
• Conduct room inspections and manage room-status reporting accuracy.
