Job summary

Mantra Sirocco and Zanzibar, part of the Accor family, are two luxury properties on the Sunshine Coast offering spacious apartments with ocean views, pools, spa, and gym. We seek a Housekeeping Supervisor to drive daily cleaning excellence and boost team performance across both locations.

You will coach, coordinate, and supervise a team to deliver top-tier cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while managing shift allocations and costs. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in housekeeping and ability to guide a team.
• High attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team coaching and guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training and guidance to uplift team skills and morale.
• Maintain cleanliness and productivity standards in line with company guidelines.
• Allocate rooms during shifts to balance workload.
• Oversee safety standards, monitor labour costs, and conduct daily room inspections.
