Sheraton Port Douglas is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the daily operations and lead a team in delivering 5-star room and public area presentation.

You will mentor associates, ensure grooming and standards, conduct inspections, manage stock and equipment, and assist with rosters, productivity targets and admin duties.

This on-site role requires luxury hospitality experience, strong leadership and a proactive, guest‑oriented attitude in a renowned hotel network.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Capable of maintaining high standards under pressure.
• Good computer skills for admin/reporting tasks.
• Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in daily operations.
• Lead, train and mentor associates to deliver 5-star room and area presentation.
• Ensure grooming, uniform and standards compliance.
• Conduct inspections to meet luxury expectations.
• Manage stock levels, amenities and equipment.
• Assist with rosters, productivity targets, and admin duties.
• Respond to guest requests with personalized service.
• Support onboarding, performance reviews and coaching.
