Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for our Biggera Waters, Gold Coast location. The role focuses on leading a housekeeping team, ensuring apartments are cleaned, presented, and ready for guests to a consistently high standard.

You will coordinate daily duties, inspect completed work, and support staff while maintaining strong communication with reception and management. Weekend availability and reliability are important for busy holiday periods.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in housekeeping or professional cleaning
• Supervisory or team leader experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
• Reliable, punctual and well organized
• Able to work weekends and during busy periods

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping team
• Allocate apartments and cleaning duties
• Inspect apartments prior to guest arrivals
• Ensure high and consistent presentation of apartments
• Identify issues and arrange re-cleans as needed
• Assist with cleaning when required
• Monitor supplies and linen
• Report maintenance issues to management
• Train and support new staff
• Ensure adherence to procedures and standards
• Coordinate busy changeover days and prioritise based on arrivals
• Communicate with reception and management throughout the day
