Job summary

Oaks Nelson Bay Lure Suites, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor on a casual basis. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensure excellence in cleanliness across all areas, and liaise with contractors to maintain guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting on-the-job training, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Weekend availability and a rotating schedule are required.

• Experience controlling and maintaining budgets, all operating supplies, replacements and consumables.

Oaks Nelson Bay Lure Suites is currently looking for a hard-working, dedicated and experienced individual for the role of Housekeeping Supervisor on a casual basis.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas of the property. Working closely with the housekeeping team and contractors, you’ll lead and support daily operations to uphold outstanding standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
• Must be available to work weekends
• Shifts starting between 8:00am and 9.00am

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):

Monday - Friday: $34.96 per hour
Saturday: $41.96 per hour
Sunday: $48.95 per hour
