Minor Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for AVANIWell on a full-time basis in Australia. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensure top cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas, and work closely with contractors to uphold outstanding standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires previous supervision experience, strong communication, budget control, and meticulous attention to detail. Competitive hourly rates apply, with rotating shifts and weekends.

• Maintain accurate housekeeping records, including daily logs, inventory reports, and maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities

AVANIWell is currently looking for a hard-working, dedicated and experienced individual for the role of Housekeeping Supervisor on a full-time basis.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas of the property. Working closely with the housekeeping team and contractors, you’ll lead and support daily operations to uphold outstanding standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Shift Details (subject to change)

• Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
• Must be available to work weekends
• Shifts starting between 8:00am and 9.00am

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation)

Monday - Friday: $27.97 per hour

Saturday: $34.96 per hour

Sunday: $41.96 per hour
