• Experience supervising in a 4-5 star hotel.
• High attention to detail in bed-making and service levels.

• Ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assign cleaning tasks and ensure efficient completion.
• Provide training to team members.

• Jump in to assist the team when required.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping activities.
• Recommend service improvements.
• Operate the department when Executive Housekeeper is off-site.

About the Role

• Assign cleaning tasks and ensure that the team efficiently and effectively completes delegated duties.
• Provide training to team members.
• Manage inventory.
• Be able to jump in and help the team when required.
• Prepare reports.
• Recommend service improvements.
• Operate the Housekeeping department when Executive Housekeeper is off-site.
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• You seek the diversity of being part of a multiple venue business specialising in outstanding service and experiences.

• You have cleaning expertise, at least Supervisor experience in a 4-5 Star Hotel.
