Purpose

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are the driving force behind our Housekeeping team's success! Primary Responsibilities

• You will support and coordinate our housekeeping team's daily activities, ensuring a smooth workflow
• Foster team motivation and growth by providing guidance and training to enhance their skills
• Maintain high cleanliness and productivity standards, aligning with company guidelines to enhance guest experiences
• Efficiently allocate rooms for team members during shifts to maintain an even workload distribution
