Job summary

The Star Brisbane is seeking a Housekeeping Services Supervisor to join our housekeeping leadership team. You’ll support day-to-day operations, ensuring guestrooms are presented to a high standard while maintaining guest privacy and security.

You’ll coordinate daily room allocations and team briefings, oversee inspections and turndown services, and assist during peak periods. A hands-on leadership role with opportunities for training and development awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a similar position.
• Previous experience in a 5 Star Property.
• Supervisory experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• High level of communication and organizational skills.
• High level of computer literacy.

The Star Brisbane is looking for a Housekeeping Services Supervisor to join our Housekeeping Leadership Team. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring our guestrooms are presented to a high standard while maintaining guest privacy and security.

You’ll coordinate daily room allocations and team briefings, oversee room inspections and turndown services, and support the team during peak periods. You’ll also help identify training opportunities and ensure important guest information is communicated across the team.
