Job summary

The Star Brisbane is seeking an organised Booking Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage and Events team. You’ll coordinate group dining reservations, events, and guest experiences across our venues, working with venue leaders, guests, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth bookings.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, reservations, events, administration, or customer service.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive with ownership and accountability; confident with booking systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage group dining reservations and event enquiries across multiple venues.
• Coordinate bookings, deposits, confirmations, and guest communications.
• Conduct venue site inspections with prospective clients.
• Support venue managers with special events and functions.
• Maintain booking systems and client records with accuracy.
• Assist with administrative support, invoicing, reporting, and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with guests and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards at every touchpoint.
