Job summary

Novotel West HQ is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our friendly team on a casual basis. You will play a key role in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests by cleaning and resetting guest rooms, maintaining cleaning trolleys, and supporting special projects.

Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will ensure that our hotel maintains its excellent reputation.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for a hands-on role.
• Able to work independently and within a supportive team.
• Friendly and respectful with a guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Restock amenities and ensure room presentation is guest-ready.
• Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in back-of-house housekeeping areas.
• Ensure health & safety protocols are followed at all times.

We are currently recruiting for a guest oriented and dedicatedRoom Attendant to join our friendly team on a casual basis. As partof your day you will be responsible for the cleaning and resettingof our guest rooms, maintaining our cleaning trolleys and ensuringthey always remain stocked and participating and supporting specialcleaning projects as they arise. Your work will directly impact theguest experience - helping them feel relaxed, valued, and athome.

The day-to-day:

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas toNovotel brand standards

Restock amenities and ensure room presentation isguest-ready

Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly

Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timelines

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in back-of-house housekeeping areas

Provide friendly and respectful interactions with guests and team members

Ensure health & safety protocols are followed at all times
