Job summary

Reflections Holiday Parks is seeking candidates to join our maintenance team across our park sites in NSW. The role focuses on grounds care, guest facilities upkeep, and safety, requiring a practical, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently or with others.

You'll perform lawn and garden maintenance, light maintenance tasks, daily checks of Water Treatment Plant, assist visitors, and follow WHS procedures.

Qualifications

• Drivers Licence and own vehicle or access to reliable transport.
• Ability to work productively and independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Great teamwork skills.
• Can-do, solutions-focused attitude.
• Physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.
• Flexible availability to work including weekends, peak holiday seasons and public holidays.
• Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded but not required.
• Valid Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining lawns, gardens/trees.
• Cleaning and upkeep of guest facilities.
• Performing daily checks of Water Treatment Plant.
• Assisting and directing visitors within the park.
• Following Work Health and Safety procedures.
• Providing excellent, high-level customer service.
