Job summary

LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services is seeking experienced Housekeeping Managers to head up teams across Australia. The role oversees all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to hotel standards.

You will lead recruitment, rostering and staff development while upholding safety policies and award compliance. Minimum Diploma in hospitality management and at least two years in a similar role are required, preferably in 4- or 5-star environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma-level qualification in hospitality management or related field.
• At least two years of work experience in a similar Housekeeping Manager role, preferably within a 4 or 5 star environment.

Responsibilities

• Head up housekeeping teams across multiple locations in Australia and manage all housekeeping operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards.
• Lead recruitment, development, rostering and performance improvement of staff.
• Maintain safety and compliance with the Hospitality Industry General Award.
