Job summary

Everi Pty is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas, including event setup and stores duties. The role involves shifts from early morning to early afternoon, with weekend work required.

You will coordinate with departments, assist events, and manage linen and stock deliveries, with a focus on safe handling of chemicals and quality hotel standards. Training and staff benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or similar role within a hotel environment is essential.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience with use of chemical and commercial cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across guest rooms and public areas (lobby, lifts, toilets).
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support the events team with setup, bump-in/bump-out, and pack-down of functions.
• Deliver linen, towels, and rollaway beds to rooms as needed.
• Ensure timely ordering and proper storage of stock in designated areas.
• Keep stock and storage areas secure; report discrepancies to the Clubhouse Operations Manager.
• Rotate perishable stock to prevent waste.
• Distribute stock as per requisitions or approved orders.
• Ensure safe delivery of stock; report any damage or losses.
• Assist in managing the garbage room and maintain the loading dock per Club protocols.
