Job summary

NRMA Port Arthur Holiday Park is hiring Housekeeping Team Members to create clean, welcoming spaces for guests. You’ll be responsible for making cabins guest-ready, cleaning shared areas, changing linen and replenishing supplies, while upholding NRMA standards.

We value a friendly attitude, attention to detail and energy for a hands-on role. The roster includes weekends and public holidays; teamwork and independent work are both common in this role.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable attitude and energy to roll up sleeves.
• Great attention to detail and pride in work.
• Hands-on fitness to perform cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow housekeeping standards and daily priorities.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make cabins and accommodation fresh, clean and guest-ready.
• Clean and service accommodation and shared areas to NRMA standards.
• Change linen, make beds and replenish guest supplies.
• Watch small details that improve a guest’s stay.
• Work with a friendly team and also independently as needed.

At NRMA Port Arthur Holiday Park, we’re looking for enthusiastic Housekeeping Team Members who take pride in creating clean, comfortable and welcoming spaces for our guests.

We proudly work on Paredarerme Country and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land and waters where our holiday park is located. The Tasman Peninsula is identified as part of Paredarerme pungenna Country.

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly the same, but you’ll spend your time:

• Making our cabins and accommodation fresh, clean and guest-ready
• Cleaning and servicing accommodation and shared areas to NRMA housekeeping standards
• Changing linen, making beds and replenishing guest supplies
• Keeping an eye on the little details that make a big difference to a guest’s stay
• Working alongside a friendly team while also being confident working independently
• Pitching in across the park when needed and helping us create memorable holiday experiences
