You will implement person-centred active support practices and report to the Relationship Manager, helping manage relationships between participants and Hearth Support Services.

The House Supervisor reports to a Hearth Support Services Relationship Manager, who oversees the ongoing management of the relationship between the participant and Hearth Support Services.
