Hotel Services Worker | Casual

We’re looking for a dedicated Cleaning, Laundry & Catering Assistant to join the team at Cabanda Aged Care in Rosewood.

Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment—making a real difference in the lives of our residents by ensuring they feel at home and cared for.

Role Type

Casual (with potential to Permanent Part-time for the successful applicant)

Remuneration

$35.40 per hour (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Discounts

About The Role

Due to the nature of the role, flexibility is essential. You must be available to work across a 7‑day roster and be willing to pick up shifts at short notice, including covering unplanned leave and absences.

This is an all-round Hotel Services role, including a mix of:

• Cleaning resident rooms and communal areas
• Catering support (food preparation, meal service and dishwashing)
• Laundry duties (washing, folding and distributing linen and clothing)

About You

• Experience as a Cleaner, Laundry, Catering Assistant or similar (aged care experience highly regarded)
• Compassionate and committed to delivering respectful, person-centred care
• Flexible, reliable, and willing to support the team when needed
• Enjoy working as part of a team to create a positive environment for residents

Personalised Care and Connection

• Support meal services tailored to residents’ needs and preferences
• Build meaningful connections with residents—your interactions can make their day
• Assist with kitchen and meal service duties

Hotel Services Support

• Maintain clean, tidy, and welcoming living spaces
• Assist with laundry services including washing, folding and distribution
• Contribute to a safe, hygienic environment for residents and staff
