You will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets and occupancy metrics, and coordinate with Directors on strategy to ensure service excellence across front desk, housekeeping and dining.

This hands-on role requires leadership, proactive problem solving and a strong commercial mindset to maintain premium standards and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent
• Experience leading hotel operations and teams
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and forecasts
• Proven guest service excellence and service recovery
• Knowledge of WHS and compliance standards
• Proficient in hotel technology platforms (PMS, EDMS) and booking systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations to ensure guest-focused service
• Lead and mentor teams to deliver premium experiences
• Manage workforce planning and staff retention
• Coordinate with Directors on strategy and growth plans
• Control budgets, occupancy, CPOR and profitability
• Drive guest satisfaction targets and continuous improvement
• Coordinate marketing activities via EDMS, social media and other channels
• Oversee front desk operations and maintain high service standards
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure quality standards
