Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies.
• Communicate daily activities and problems to the team using approved tools.
• Perform painting, drywall, trim repairs, and light bulb/AC filter replacements.
• Complete cleanup of work areas and repair interiors/exteriors as needed.
• Provide daily repairs and preventive maintenance; attend to guest needs related to maintenance.
• Ensure safety checks on tools and equipment and follow all safety policies.
• Repair furniture, plumbing, carpentry tasks and support ad-hoc projects.
• Input air handler schedules and adjust temperature as required.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
