Job summary

Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support a high-volume hotel kitchen. You will help maintain clean utensils, equipment and workspaces, ensuring compliance with HACCP and WHS guidelines. The role involves assisting chefs and supporting food preparation as needed.

You will work on a rotating roster, including AM and PM shifts, weekends and public holidays, with opportunities to grow within Accor’s global hospitality network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is helpful.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to kitchen routines.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day kitchen operations through dishwashing and keeping areas spotless.
• Ensure a constant supply of clean utensils and equipment to all outlets.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for cutlery, crockery and equipment.
• Assist Chefs with food preparation as required.
• Follow HACCP hygiene and WHS guidelines.
• Adhere to safety policies and chemical handling guidelines.
• Work a rotation roster, including AM/PM shifts, weekends and public holidays.
