Job summary

Accor is seeking a capable Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and guest satisfaction across hotel areas. The role requires supervising staff, managing inventory, and upholding health and safety standards.

You will train team members, address guest concerns promptly, and collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a hotel housekeeping environment.
• Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems, specifically Oracle.
• Familiarity with HubOS Housekeeping Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Supervise housekeeping staff: scheduling, tasks, performance monitoring.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality and cleanliness.
• Train and mentor staff on cleaning techniques and hotel policies.
• Manage housekeeping inventory: linens, supplies, equipment.
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and chemical handling.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall operations.
