Job summary

Pullman is seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to lead the hotel’s Finance function as a true business partner to the General Manager and leadership team. You will oversee financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and internal controls in a busy hotel environment.

This role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration across Rooms, F&B and Conference and Events, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for revenue growth and cost management.

Qualifications

• Senior finance experience in a hotel environment is essential.
• CA or CPA qualification with a relevant accounting/finance degree.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence across departments.
• Knowledge of hotel systems, payroll and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Opera Cloud/Sun System and related payroll/procurement tools is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel Finance function and partner with General Manager and leadership team.
• Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Own month-end close, budgeting and forecasting with department input.
• Prepare monthly owner reports and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
