WorkPac Group is seeking a Dump Truck Operator for our mining client in Queensland. You will operate KOMATSU 830E/930E dump trucks on an 8-hour shift, following a straight 7/7 day roster. Local candidates only as camp and meals are not provided.

Applicants should have ≥12 months of mining haul truck experience, a Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical or be willing to obtain them, and hold a current Australian driver's licence. Drug and alcohol screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months mining experience as a Haul Truck Operator on KOMATSU 830E or 930E.
• Standard 11 certification and Coal Board Medical or willingness to obtain.
• Current Driver’s Licence and right to work in Australia.

Responsabilités

Our leading global mining and resource client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role you will become a part of a busy mine as a Dump Truck Operator. You will be required to operate KOM 830E/930E dump trucks, working 8-hour shifts on a straight 7/7 day shift only roster. These roles are available for local candidates only.

What You Will Need

You will need to reside in the Banana Shire as camp & meals are not provided

Previous mining (Minimum 12 months) experience as a Haul Truck Operator - KOMATSU 830E OR 930E providing an SSE signed transcript

You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical or be willing to attain this

Current Driver’s License & right to work in Australia

The ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
