Burger Urge Greenhills is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and drive operational excellence at the Greenhills venue. You will coach and develop staff, manage rosters, control costs, uphold food safety standards, and implement local marketing initiatives to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as Venue/Restaurant Manager or equivalent.
• Ability to manage labour, food costs and key business metrics.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Driving sales, labour, and cost performance to achieve targets.
• Managing rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and team development.

• Handling customer feedback professionally and resolving issues.
• Implementing local marketing initiatives and supporting business growth.
