Job summary

Burger Urge Allenstown is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to lead a team and oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and ensuring exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a management role in hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, solid knowledge of food safety, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of managing the restaurant, including staff management, food safety, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.
• Train and supervise staff, ensuring that all employees are properly trained in company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the restaurant meets all food safety and sanitation standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the scheduling of employees and ensure that all shifts are covered.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
