Qualifications

• Basic schooling as required.

Responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless: Clean chinaware, silverware, and utensils; scrub pots and pans.
• Monitor stock levels: Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and organized.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform cleaning tasks like mopping and trash removal.
• Support events delivery: Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor team members: Share expertise with new stewards to strengthen team performance.
• Comply with regulatory standards: Adhere to health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
