Job summary

EVT is seeking a results-driven Sales Leader to drive the hotel's sales strategy and grow the client base across EVT’s portfolio. You will manage a robust sales pipeline, convert opportunities, and partner with the GM and department heads to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification and solid experience in a sales role, ideally within hospitality.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record of closing sales and growing a client base.

Responsibilities

• Drive the hotel's sales strategy, tracking targets against budget and using data to spot trends, opportunities and areas for growth.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline - both new business and reconversion - using EVT's sales best practice framework.
• Report and forecast sales performance weekly and monthly using tools like PowerBI
• Own key account relationships: understand client needs, propose tailored solutions and close deals that work for both the customer and the hotel.
• Use CRM and sales technology to manage relationships, track performance and keep the sales process running smoothly.
• Be a visible, credible presence for the hotel - with clients, industry partners and internally across departments.
• Lead, coach and motivate a sales team, setting clear expectations and helping them grow.
• Partner with the GM and other department heads to deliver a seamless guest experience and cross-sell across the EVT portfolio.
