Job summary

Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a hands-on Procurement Manager to lead the Purchasing team at Darling Harbour. You will coordinate purchasing requirements across hotel departments, manage costs, and ensure service standards remain high.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role within hospitality is preferred.
Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.
Strong stakeholder relationship management – internal and external.
Strategic, proactive and resourceful.
Eye for detail and accuracy.
BirchStreet software experience strongly preferred.
HACCP certification preferred.
Full working rights in Australia.
