Job summary

Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a hands-on Procurement Manager to lead the hotel’s Purchasing team, coordinating requirements across departments and with suppliers to balance cost control with service standards.

You will manage a five-person team on a seven-day rotating roster, requiring strong leadership and superb time management in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience with BirchStreet is strongly preferred and you will play a key role in delivering value for guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within hospitality
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team
• Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication
• BirchStreet system experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing requirements for the hotel across departments
• Lead a team of 5 on a 7-day rotating roster
• Manage costs while maintaining service standards and supplier relations
