Merivale in Australia is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to shape operations across venues and head office. You will work on business and technology transformation projects to simplify processes, support teams and improve the guest experience.

Reporting to the Technology Engagement Manager, you’ll partner with venue teams, Project Managers and Analysts to map current workflows and design practical future-state processes that scale across the group.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis or related fields.
• Strong process mapping and design skills using BPMN 2.0, Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience facilitating workshops with operational stakeholders.
• Exposure to business transformation and technology-enabled change.
• Proficiency with process modelling tools such as Visio, Lucid, Miro or similar.
• Ability to interpret operational data, identify root causes and recommend improvements.
• Clear communication and influencing skills engaging venue teams and leaders.
• Excellent documentation and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workshops and operational reviews to understand current processes and identify bottlenecks.
• Design future-state processes that are practical and scalable for a busy hospitality business.
• Create process maps, workflows, SOPs and work instructions that teams can use.
• Partner with Analysts and Project Managers to align system requirements with processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI and self-service to reduce manual work.
• Map data flows and data quality issues impacting operations.
• Define process ownership and performance measures with Data & Analytics.
• Support implementation, training and business readiness so new ways of working stick.
